Qualification Description

This qualification represents individuals with advanced knowledge and skills in organizational learning and capability development.

These professionals generate and assess complex ideas, as well as lead, design, and implement key learning and development initiatives within an organization. They typically hold full responsibility and accountability for their own work and that of their team.

This qualification is suited for leaders and managers focused on enhancing organizational capability through learning. Related job roles may include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

Admission Requirements

The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) allows direct entry into this qualification at the time of publication in training.gov.au. However, the RTO requires candidates to meet its admission requirements prior to enrolling into this qualification to ensure that they have the required skills and knowledge to successfully complete the qualification at this AQF level.

2. Evidence that they have studied in English for at least five years in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, South Africa, United Kingdom or United States

Evidence that, within two years of their application date, they have successfully completed in Australia a foundation course or a senior secondary certificate of education or successfully completed substantial components (50% or more units according to the training package) Certificate III or higher-level qualification, from the Australian Qualifications Framework on a student visa.

4. Applicants originating from student visa assessment levels 1 and 2 countries without the required IELTS, or equivalent score must undertake the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test. 5. Applicants must undertake English Placement Test on campus

Onshore International Students

Complete the Pre-Training Review which aims to identify training needs through questions on previous education or training, relevance of the courses to learner and relevant experience.

Offshore International Students

Complete the Pre-Training Review which aims to identify training needs through questions on previous education or training, relevance of the courses to learner and relevant experience. This will be conducted either via video call (e.g. Skype) or phone call to the prospective learner.
